2. Personal data
The contact form is implemented using Netlify Forms. It requests your name, email address and message (required), and phone number (optional). It also sends the selected language, confirmation that you have read this policy, the form identifier and an anti-spam honeypot field. The checkbox acknowledges this policy; it is not a marketing subscription. Data is sent by POST to the website’s own root URL using URL-encoded form data. The website at https://abdurazakov.com includes a contact form. Do not provide information beyond what is needed for your enquiry. Hosting and email services may process technical connection data.
3. Purposes
We respond to enquiries and prepare service proposals requested by visitors. Our contact form is available at https://abdurazakov.com. We do not use the contact form for automated decision-making or profiling.
4. Legal basis
For enquiries requesting steps towards a service contract, we process data to take pre-contractual measures at your request under GDPR Article 6(1)(b). Analytics is based on your consent under Article 6(1)(a). Consent is not a blanket basis for every processing activity.
5. Service providers and recipients
We use Netlify for hosting and contact-form processing. Accepted submissions are stored in Netlify Forms. Email notifications are sent to our contact address, and our email service processes notifications and correspondence. Access to enquiries is used to respond to you and manage the requested services.
6. International transfers
Our hosting, form and analytics providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Google describes its international processing and transfer safeguards at https://policies.google.com/privacy. Processing is not limited to the EEA. You may contact us at mm.abdurazakov@gmail.com for information about the safeguards applicable to your data.
7. Retention
Personal data received through the contact form is retained for no more than 12 months after the last interaction with you, unless longer retention is required to fulfil legal obligations or protect legitimate interests in accordance with applicable law. The website owner arranges deletion, including deletion of submissions from Netlify Forms; Netlify does not automatically delete them after 12 months under this policy. You may request deletion of your personal data using the contact details below, subject to applicable legal conditions. Relevant copies in email and other storage are also deleted when necessary and legally permitted.
8. Your rights
Subject to applicable conditions, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. These rights do not apply identically to every processing activity.
9. Exercising your rights
Email mm.abdurazakov@gmail.com with your request and enough information to identify the relevant correspondence. Additional identity information will be requested only where necessary. Requests should normally be answered within one month; any lawful extension must be explained.
10. Complaints
You may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD): https://www.aepd.es/. Contacting the studio first is optional.
11. Sensitive information
Do not send medical records, health information or other sensitive personal data through the contact form or as part of a general enquiry. The studio enquiry channel is not intended for patient records.
12. Cookies and local storage
We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4), provided by Google, to analyse visits, traffic sources, language pages and website effectiveness, including contact-form openings and successful submissions. Analytics is based on your consent. Before you accept analytics, the Google tag is not loaded, analytics cookies are not set by this integration and no analytics events are sent. You may reject analytics or change or withdraw your choice at any time through Cookie settings in the footer. Accept and Reject are equally available. After acceptance, GA4 uses analytics cookies such as _ga and _ga_*; our configuration limits their lifetime to 180 days without refreshing it on each visit. The choice is stored locally for up to 180 days under abdurazakov.analytics-consent.v1, across the site’s languages. Withdrawal disables further measurement and removes analytics cookies accessible to this website as far as technically possible; it does not erase data already received by Google. Our custom events contain the event name and page language, not your name, email, phone or message. Google receives technical connection information when its service is used; see https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites and https://policies.google.com/privacy. The 12-month contact-enquiry policy is not a statement about Google’s retention. The site also stores your language preference in localStorage under abdurazakov.language until cleared or overwritten. You can clear browser site data in your browser settings. The Powered by Netlify badge is disabled.
